Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Joslin Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects information when you access or use the Vizualize mobile application (the "App") and any related websites, features, and services, including the marketing site at vizualize-app.web.app (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, installing, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

In short: Vizualize is an entertainment simulator. It has no user accounts, and we do not ask you for your name, email, or similar personal details. Settings and simulated holdings stay on your device. Fake live uses the camera on this device only; video is not uploaded to us. The App does not currently display third-party advertisements.

Certain provisions of this Policy, including those relating to advertising, California privacy rights, and related opt-out mechanisms, apply only where such features are enabled or where required by applicable law.

1. Overview

Vizualize provides on-device screen simulations for entertainment, including a fictional payout lock screen ("Payment rain"), a camera overlay with simulated viewers and chat ("Fake live"), and a simulated stocks or crypto book ("Portfolio"). The Services are not a bank, payment processor, live broadcasting platform, or brokerage. We do not operate user accounts and do not collect contact details from you. Your settings and other App data described below are stored only on your device, except for the limited network activity described in this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, or account credentials (the App has no accounts). We do not use continuous GPS tracking. We do not upload your camera frames, microphone audio, contacts, or photo library to our servers. We operate no user database for Vizualize.

B. Camera and On-Device Vision

Fake live may use your device camera so that a simulated live overlay can appear over your picture. Camera frames are processed on your device. They are not transmitted to us, are not stored on our servers, and are not used by us to identify you. Optional on-device vision features (for example, pose or face-presence cues that change simulated chat) also run locally. Those features may download model files to your device from a third-party provider so the processing can happen on the phone. Camera frames still do not leave the device.

The App does not record microphone audio. On some platforms, the in-app browser may still require a microphone usage description in order to start the camera. Declining camera permission means Fake live cannot show your camera picture; other modes continue to work.

Payment rain may let you choose a wallpaper from photos already on your device. That image is used only as a local background and is not uploaded to us.

C. Information Stored on Your Device

So that the simulations remember how you left them, the App saves certain information locally on your device only, including:

This information is stored solely on your device, is never transmitted to us, is not accessible to us, and contains nothing that identifies you to us. You can clear it by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

D. Network Requests Made From Your Device

The App and the marketing site may make limited network requests from your device in order to function:

Those third parties maintain their own privacy practices, governed by their respective privacy policies.

E. Advertising Information

The App does not currently display third-party advertisements, and we do not currently collect advertising identifiers for Vizualize. If we add advertising in the future (for example through Google AdMob), we will update this Policy before those features go live, and we will describe any device or advertising identifiers that our advertising partners process.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

4. Children's Privacy

Vizualize is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13). The Services are not designed for, marketed to, or primarily intended for children, and the App is not enrolled in the Google Play Families program or the Apple App Store Kids category.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information may contact us using the information in Section 12.

5. Entertainment Simulations

Vizualize is a simulator for entertainment. It does not send or receive real money, does not operate a live broadcast, and does not provide investment, banking, or payment services. Fictional company names and marks shown in Payment rain are not real banks or pay apps. Fake live is for the person using the App, not for presenting a stream as real to an audience.

6. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration.

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:

A. Service Providers

Including Google Firebase Hosting (for this website) and, where the App makes the network requests described in Section 2.D, the providers of those fonts, model files, or public market-data feeds. These providers may process technical information solely to provide their services.

B. Legal Requirements

We may disclose information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, investigate fraud, enforce our agreements, or protect the security or integrity of the Services.

If advertising is later enabled, certain advertising-related disclosures involving advertising identifiers may constitute "sharing" under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (the "CCPA"). See Section 11.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services currently integrate with the following third-party services, as used:

Additional advertising, analytics, hosting, or related providers may be introduced in the future, in which case this Policy will be updated. These third parties maintain their own privacy practices, governed by their respective privacy policies. The App is available on the Google Play Store. An Apple App Store listing is planned and is not live yet. Those stores' own policies also apply.

8. Data Security

We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information appropriate to an application of this nature. Camera frames and local settings stay on your device. However, no electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

Information stored locally on your device remains on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App. Because Vizualize has no accounts and no cloud backup, uninstalling the App permanently deletes that local information. It cannot be recovered from us. Technical information processed by third parties named in this Policy is retained in accordance with those parties' own retention practices and applicable law. We do not maintain personal profiles about you on our own systems.

10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

You can access, modify, or delete the information stored on your device at any time by changing in-App settings, clearing the App's data, or uninstalling the App. You can deny or revoke camera permission in your device settings; Fake live will then run without your camera picture.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA (for example, to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information, or to opt out of "sharing"). To exercise any such right, contact us using the information in Section 12. Because we do not hold an account profile for you, some requests may be limited to confirming that we do not maintain such a profile.

11. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. Under the CCPA, the term "share" has a broader meaning and can include making advertising identifiers available to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, even where no money changes hands.

Vizualize does not currently use personalized advertising or advertising identifiers. If that changes, this activity may constitute "sharing" under California law, and we will update this Policy and provide an opt-out path before it goes live.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under sixteen (16) years of age. California residents, and anyone else who wishes to, may contact us at info@realmforgeapp.com with a privacy request.
